The event aimed to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of India and to instil traditional values among students. The celebration began with a brief introduction about the significance of Teej, highlighting its connection with nature, the monsoon season, and the bond between Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. The school premises were beautifully decorated with vibrant colours, flowers, and traditional motifs, reflecting the festive spirit. Students from various classes participated in cultural performances, including folk dances, gidda, singing of Teej songs, and skits based on the festival’s importance. The girls were dressed in colourful traditional Punjabi attire, adding charm to the occasion. School Principal Kavita Atri addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers. She encouraged everyone to keep their culture alive while growing in modern education.
