The 19th Sardar Amar Singh Kamboj Inter-School English Debate was held at The British Co-Ed High School, Patiala, with schools from Patiala, Rajpura, and Shimla participating. The topic was "Subsidies are a band-aid not a cure". Holy Angels School, Rajpura, was declared the best team, with Jatin Khera adjudged the best speaker. The judges were Dr. Rouble Brar, Dr. Gurleen Ahluwalia, and Prof. Jaspreet Kaur Kamboj.
