Ishant, Yash, Shubham qualify for state-level competitions

Ishant, Yash Sharma and Shubham, students of Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Senior Secondary Public School, Dhanora-Ladwa, participated in the district-level weightlifting and shooting competitions and qualified for state-level competitions. Ishant of Class XI participated in 79 kg U-19 category of boys and qualified for the state-level competition. Yash Sharma of Class X participated in 79 kg U-17 category of boys and qualified for the state-level competition. Shubham Bajwa of Class XI (Arts) participated in Open Sight Air Rifle Shooting Competition and bagged third position to qualify for the state-level competition. All the athletes received overwhelming encouragement from the management, principal and teachers of the school. School president Pawan Garg and secretary Ravinder Bansal expressed their happiness and wished the athletes for their bright future ahead. Principal Narender Sharma congratulated all the achievers for their brilliant performance and appreciated them for their sincere efforts.
