Kai CIRCLE (Centre for Innovation, Research, Collaboration, Leadership and Empowerment) and Kai Early Years, International Preschool in Whitefield, launched the Transforming the Early Years - celebrating foundation educators movement and conference. The movement's conference brought together educators, parents and school leaders, highlighting child-centric learning, educator well-being and the significance of the first eight years of life. Dr. Swati Popat Vats, President of the Early Childhood Association (ECA) of India and a globally respected voice in early education, stated, "The early years are not preparatory - they are foundational. Those who teach during this critical period must be recognised as brain-builders." The initiative sets a new benchmark in India, placing educators at the centre of nation-building and recognising early childhood education as the foundation of a flourishing society.
