Under the banner “Dreams on Leaves”, students of the school enthusiastically participated in their newly launched project ‘Tree of Life’, which was truly a hope and dream coming true. This was a joint initiative of school students and a state-level anti-drug campaign by the Chandigarh Administration. The project kick-started with the students from Class VII and Class XI, who wrote their wishes on small cards and attached them to the ‘Tree’ leaves. Class XI students came forward to promote healthy life styles by saying ‘No to Drugs’, whereas Class VII came forward with their multiple wishes for the school and society. The initiative created a positive atmosphere on the school premises and provided a creative outlet towards achieving the goals. Students took a pledge to nurture a community that thrives on positivity, empowerment and a commitment to saying no to drugs. Principal Pooja Prakash appreciated the initiative taken and said this has brought students together creating a supportive environment around.
