The Road Safety Club of the school, comprising of enthusiastic ‘Traffic Warriors’, collaborated with the Chandigarh Traffic Police to promote road safety awareness. The event aimed to educate students about the importance of adhering to traffic rules and safe driving practices. Under the guidance of Traffic Police Inspector Dr Parvesh Sharma along with her team of constables, an informative and inspiring session was conducted for the students, where nearly 150 students of classes VI and VII along with 20 enthusiastic ‘Traffic Warriors’ participated. The students took a pledge to follow the traffic rules and promote road safety in their community. A PowerPoint presentation on road safety was shown to students, highlighting the importance of wearing helmets and seatbelts and following the traffic signals.
