The school organised Annual Sports Meet 2024. It was an inter-house competition from the Toddlers’ Club to Class XII. The meet started with lightning of torch, followed by an inspiring speech by the principal. In her speech, she emphasised the importance of sports in one’s life. The students impressed everyone by presenting various cultural programmes. Various activities like sack race, hurdle race, three-legged race, relay race, 100 me and 400-m track races, etc, for both boys and girls of the junior and senior categories were held. Students felt proud to receive their medals and trophies. The sports meet concluded with prize distribution and singing of the national anthem.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
