To align with the evolving demands of education and acquaint teachers with the latest methodologies in life skills and classroom management, a two-day capacity building programme was organised at the school under the aegis of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Around 60 teachers from the school participated in the programme. The event commenced with a warm welcome by Principal Seema Katari. Resource person Sneh Lata, an esteemed educationist with 34 years of experience, Chief Coordinator, Computer Science Department, Convent School, Chandigarh, recipient of multiple academic and social accolades, and a lead CBSE trainer, together with Shivani Vashisht, PGT (English), Army Public School, Hisar, an expert in classroom management, conducted insightful sessions. The training covered key aspects of classroom management, including its significance, various teaching methodologies, teacher-parent collaboration, fostering creativity and skill development in students, emotional and social management, effective coordination, self and student efficiency enhancement, and lesson planning. The objective was to equip teachers with modern pedagogical skills in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) to enhance both education and life skills.
