The induction of the student council and the felicitation of Class XII toppers of the 2024-25 academic session were the highlights of the investiture ceremony at the school. It was presided over by Dr SP Anandh Kumar IFS, Special Secretary of Sports and Youth Services, Punjab. The proceedings began with the invocation of the divine through the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a cultural programme. 'Abhi Aagaaz Hai', a melodious symphony performed by the school choir, set a fitting tone, succeeded by a captivating dance performance and an inspiring visual presentation that instilled the power of self-belief. The newly elected student council members were ceremonially presented with their badges by the chief guest, Dr Anandh Kumar, who not only congratulated the council members but, drawing on personal anecdotes, encouraged them to fulfil their roles with courage and honesty. He emphasised the importance of combining learning with holistic grooming to become responsible citizens of tomorrow. In her address, Director Reema Dewan congratulated all appointees and highlighted leadership as an expression of responsibility and accountability. She urged the council members to give their best to their posts and reminded them to be the leaders they wished their seniors to have been. The Head Boy and Head Girl concluded the ceremony with a vote of thanks.
