As part of the Poshan Mah campaign, the school organised an informative health talk aimed at promoting awareness about various health issues arising due to lack of balanced diet. The event was well-attended by students of classes XI and XII. The health talk featured two distinguished speakers, Dr Malvika, expert in vision health, and Dr Anurag, specialist in oral health. Lectures highlighted importance of regular eye check-ups, common vision problems among adolescents, preventive measures, tips for maintaining good eye health, especially in the digital age, significance of maintaining oral hygiene, common dental issues and their prevention. They also discussed various types of anaemia, with a focus on iron-deficiency anaemia and highlighted dietary sources of iron and the role of vitamin C in absorption. Students were made aware of the importance of regular health check-ups for early detection.
