On the third day of the 53rd KVS National Sports Meet, the league matches of U-14 and U-17 girls kho-kho continued along with the matches of badminton and shooting. Players from different Kendriya Vidyalayas from 25 states of the country impressed the audience with their strategies and skills. Agra led the pack in the girls U-14 and U-17 kho-kho. Lucknow defeated Delhi by 10-05 points. Chennai won over Chandigarh by 7-1 points. In U-17 girls kho-kho, Agra won over Chennai by 10-06 points. Ranchi defeated Patna and Raipur won by 2 points. In shooting, gold medal was clinched by Jaipur Region in U-14 pistol boys and U-17 pistol girls. In U-14 pistol girls, Guwahati Region bagged the gold. Delhi Region clinched gold medal in U-17 pistol boys. In U-19 pistol boys and U-19 pistol girls the gold medal was clinched by Dehradun and Gurugram Region, respectively.
