Pratap Public School, Jarnailly Colony, Karnal, observed World AIDS Day through a series of thoughtfully planned activities aimed at sensitising students. In a special assembly, Shipra Gupta delivered an insightful address, clearing common misconceptions about the spread of AIDS. This was followed by an engaging quiz conducted by Aryan of Class IX, which saw enthusiastic participation from the students. To mark the occasion, Narmada House Captains pinned red ribbon badges onto the school Director, Principal and teachers as a gesture of solidarity. Director Poonam Navet encouraged students to be empathetic, support those affected and maintain good nutrition to build strong immunity. The day concluded with a collective resolve to fight stigma and spread awareness with compassion.
