The event was meticulously planned and executed under the leadership of Lieutenant Richa Sharma, and held under the supervision of Lt Col Surender Singh Negi (Admn Officer) of the 7 Haryana Battalion, NCC. The event reflected the spirit of unity, discipline, and wellness that yoga instils among the youth. The yoga session began with a structured demonstration of various asanas, led by Mahender Singh, physical instructor of the school. Cadets enthusiastically participated in the session, showcasing excellent coordination and discipline. Ritu Seth, representing the school, was the chief guest and commended the cadets and organisers for their dedication. Lt Col SS Negi appreciated the smooth conduct of the event and extended heartfelt thanks to the school management and principal for providing outstanding infrastructure and facilities, which played a key role in the success of the event. The celebration served as a meaningful platform to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and national unity through the ancient practice of yoga. The entire event was a great success and left a lasting impression on all participants and attendees.
