Gurukul World School, Mohali, was privileged to host Dr Vinita Thapliyal, a renowned PhD in Sports Nutrition, Gut Health Expert and Diabetic Educator, for an insightful session with students of classes III to V. The session focused on the importance of healthy eating habits, with particular emphasis on starting the day with a balanced and nutritious breakfast. Dr Thapliyal's engaging approach helped students understand the impact of food choices on energy levels, concentration and long-term wellness. Adding further value to the discussion, the school's Science teacher shared practical knowledge on healthy oils and their role in supporting body functions and overall well-being.
