The Scouts and Guides of GD Goenka School, Mohali, participated in the Rajya Puraskar Hiking and Trekking Camp held at the State Training Centre, Tara Devi, Shimla. The three-day camp featured a range of adventure activities, including wall climbing, trekking, strength training and bonfire evenings, as well as on-the-spot performances, which fostered courage, discipline and teamwork among participants. The Scouts and Guides also took part in the flag-hoisting ceremony and the scarf-tying ritual, symbolising pride and unity. The camp concluded with the award of certificates to all participants for their commendable spirit and participation. The experience instilled in every Goenkan Scout a sense of responsibility, adventure and leadership — true to the motto "Be Prepared."
