A remedial teaching workshop for teachers under CPD courses was conducted at the school with the aim of enhancing teaching competencies at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1, Jalandhar Cantonment. Resource persons were Rakesh and Balbir. The workshop focused on equipping teachers with modern strategies to address the diverse learning needs of students. The resource persons highlighted techniques like differentiated instruction, activity-based learning, and the use of digital tools to support slow and struggling learners. Teachers participated in interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions, which helped them understand practical approaches to remedial teaching. The workshop emphasised patience, continuous assessment, and individualised support for learners. Participants appreciated the initiative, as it enriched their professional development and prepared them to foster inclusive and effective classroom practices. The workshop ended with an activity conducted by Principal Honey Mehta in which he guided the teachers to memorise the new things using mnemonics and the teachers assured to apply it in their classes too. Later Uttama Yadav distributed certificates to the participant teachers.
