A one-day Capacity Building Programme on 'Happy Classroom' was successfully held at the school under the auspices of the CBSE Regional Office, Panchkula. The workshop aimed to inspire teachers to create a joyful learning environment, fostering enthusiasm and active participation among students. Resource persons Bhag Singh and Shalini Sahotra led the session, providing insights into emotional connection, learner-centred teaching, positive communication and collaborative learning. Through practical activities and group discussions, they guided teachers on building an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere. Teachers from several reputed schools, including DAV Ambuja Vidya Niketan, Shiv Shakti Convent School and La Montessori School, participated in the programme. The event concluded with heartfelt gratitude to the resource persons and participating teachers for their active involvement.
