The road safety club of PML SD Public School, Sector 32, Chandigarh, conducted a road safety awareness session in collaboration with the Chandigarh Traffic Police to educate students about responsible behaviour on the road and promote a culture of safety. During the interactive session, officials from the Chandigarh Traffic Police highlighted key aspects of traffic rules, safe driving practices, the importance of helmets and seat belts, and the dangers associated with over-speeding and distracted driving. Demonstrations and real-life examples were used to help students better understand the consequences of unsafe road behaviour. The session aimed to empower young citizens to become responsible road users and ambassadors of road safety within their communities. Students actively participated, asked questions and pledged to follow traffic rules diligently.
