The school celebrated International Yoga Day, bringing together students, teachers and parents in a collective effort to promote physical and mental well-being through the ancient practice of yoga. The event commenced on the school premises with a serene and energising session led by the school’s yoga instructor Rajveer Kaur, who guided the participants through a series of yoga asanas and breathing techniques. The session was structured to suit all age groups and levels of experience, making it inclusive and enjoyable for the students, parents and teachers present there. The school ground echoed with the spirit of unity and wellness as participants practiced asanas like tadasana, vrikshasana, bhujangasana and pranayama, focusing on posture, flexibility and mindfulness. The event concluded with a collective pledge to continue practising yoga for a balanced and healthier life. It was a day of harmony, health and holistic development — true to the spirit of International Yoga Day.
