On the martyrdom day of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, the management, principal and teachers of the school paid floral tributes to his portrait. The school’s president Pawan Garg said it was the result of Mahatma Gandhi’s tireless efforts, unwavering courage, determination, ideology and philosophy that the seemingly invincible Britishers had to liberate India in 1947.” Earlier in the morning assembly, Principal Dherminder Khera made the students aware of the circumstances in which Gandhi was assassinated.
