In his address, Pawan Garg described Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as a nationalist, hardworking, determined and fearless personality who rejuvenated India’s freedom struggle through the slogans “Delhi Chalo”, “Jai Hind”, and “Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Main Tumhe Azaadi Dunga”.
