Students of pre-primary and primary of the school celebrated Janmashtami. Students were asked to dress up as Krishna and Radha. The creativity and effort put into the costumes were remarkable, adding vibrancy to the celebration. Many activities, like dancing, singing, instrumental music, storytelling, mukut decoration and matki decoration, were done by students. Principal Suman Sharma came and encouraged all students for their spectacular performances and tell them stories of Krishna Leela.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
