A three-day Regional Science Fair, was organised by Vidya Bharti, Punjab, at Sharda Sarvhitkari Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 40-D, Chandigarh. The programme commenced with the traditional lamp lighting and vandana, invoking divine blessings for the success of the event. Shipra Bansal, Chairperson, CPCCR, Chandigarh, was the Chief Guest of the occasion, while Mahavir Kaushik (Retd. IAS) was the guest of honour. In his inspiring address, Kaushik emphasised the concept of “Three Hs – Hand, Head, and Heart,” stressing that true education must nurture skill, intellect, and compassion in every learner. The distinguished guests presented prizes to the first, second, and third position holders in the science, mathematics, and computer fair competitions. The ceremony marked a befitting conclusion to three days of creativity, innovation, and scientific exploration, leaving all participants inspired to pursue excellence in the fields of science and technology.
