A one-day capacity building programme on “Khushhal Classroom” was organised at the school. SD Singh was also present at the event. Ishu Sharma, Principal, Public School, Ambala, and DAV Gupta, Principal of Public School, Ambala, and Saurabh, Physics PGT of Public School, Ratia, were resource persons. The programme began with a warm welcome to the resource persons, followed by the lighting of the lamp and ‘Saraswati Vandana’. Ishu Sharma presented effective ways to make the classroom a happy and lively place. Several interactive activities and sessions were conducted, which kept the teachers actively engaged. Saurabh focused on fostering creativity, where teachers and students were motivated to emphasise real-life experiences through group projects and digital learning tools. The emphasis was on adopting a student-friendly approach while teaching, where mistakes were seen as an opportunity to learn and build confidence. The program was made more informative when SD Principal of Public School Usha Sharma and Headmistress Anu Dhawan expressed words of gratitude.
