In the section-level cricket competition organised by the Education Department, the cricket team of SD Public School, Jagadhri, won everyone’s heart with a display of their outstanding game. The school team defeated Sanatan Dharma Senior Secondary School, Jagadhri, in their first match. In the competition, the team of the school stood second. Dhairya, a player from the school won the title of the Man of the Match twice and was also awarded the Player of the Series. Arbaaz, a talented player from the school, also strengthened his team by performing well and won the title of Man of the Match in a match. On this achievement of the school, Principal Usha Sharma and Vice-Principal Pooja Trikha congratulated the players and said, “The students of our school have not only shown their ability in the field of sports but have also presented a beautiful example of discipline and team spirit. We hope that our players will perform well in the upcoming district level competition and bring laurels to the school and the region.” The school family extended its heartfelt congratulations to the entire team and coaches on this achievement.
