Bringing alive the spirit of Vanmahotsav, NSS volunteers of St Vivekanand Millennium School, Pinjore, organised a seed ball distribution and tree plantation awareness campaign at the Toll Plaza, Chandimandir. The students not only highlighted the significance of preserving the environment but also engaged with travellers going uphill with heartfelt enthusiasm, distributing seed balls — symbolic of life, growth, and a greener tomorrow. These seed balls, prepared in the school itself using a variety of seeds, were offered to commuters and local residents with the idea that they could be scattered at different places, contributing towards a greener landscape. Commending this thoughtful initiative, Principal Dr PiyushPunj remarked, “This step taken by our students reflects their deep sensitivity towards nature and sets an inspiring example for the society.”
