A self-defence workshop was conducted for Class VIII students by Team SAMAVESH from the Industrial Area Phase 1 Police Station in Chandigarh, on the The Tribune School, Chandigarh, premises. The session aimed to equip students with basic self-defence techniques and boost their confidence. Through practical demonstrations, trainers emphasised the importance of presence of mind, quick response and safety measures. The highly interactive workshop saw enthusiastic student participation in various activities, enhancing both physical skills and mental alertness while fostering self-confidence.
