On Red Cross Day, a special awareness and demonstration session on first aid was organised for NSS volunteers. A dedicated team of doctors from Mata Kaushalya Hospital, led by Dr Jaswinder Kaur, MBBS, MD-Physiology, CL Amandeep Singh, FRP Coordinator Jaswinder Singh and Simran Tutor Lecturer in nursing college was invited to conduct the session. The programme focused on equipping students with life-saving skills and first-aid techniques for emergency situations such as heart attacks, choking, snake bites, vomiting, drowning, and other critical conditions.
