The school conducted a comprehensive, full-day workshop for its teaching faculty. The workshop focused on two pivotal topics — “5E Lesson Planning” and “E-Learning”. The one-day session aimed to equip teachers with innovative strategies and techniques to create engaging, student-centred learning experiences. The workshop was led by Sumer Khullar, Officer, Department of Career Guidance, who brought his expertise to facilitate a seamless and interactive session. The keynote speaker, Dr. Rajib Chakraborty, Assistant Professor from Lovely Professional University, shared his insights on designing impressive lesson plans aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. During the workshop, Dr Chakraborty emphasised the importance of incorporating the 5E model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate) into lesson planning. “We are dedicated to empowering our educators with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies,” said Principal Charanpreet Kaur. “This workshop has equipped our teachers with innovative strategies to create engaging lesson plans and effective E-Learning experiences, ultimately benefiting our students.”
