Independence Day was celebrated at the school. A special assembly was organised by Namita and Divya. Students of Class I-C& D participated in various items. The choir group began the assembly with English and Hindi poems. The students also depicted the personalities of famous freedom fighters like Mahatama Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Jhansi ki Rani, Jawahar Lal Nehru, etc. Students of I-A&B recited a beautiful poem on Raksha Bandhan. It was followed by a graceful dance performance on patriotic mashup. Craft activities were also organised where the students of classes I and II made Tricolour flags and colourful rakhis. The atmosphere of the wing was brimming with pride and joy.
