The school hosted a vibrant and enriching event, “Ripples of Gratitude: A Journey to Inner Peace”, celebrating themes of gratitude, managing stress, mental well-being, and unity. The programme commenced with a warm welcome to guest Shipra Bansal, Chairperson, CCPCR, Chandigarh, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The school counsellor introduced the theme of the event, emphasising the importance of gratitude and its role in fostering mental well-being and harmony in life. The session continued with a captivating puppetry show that highlighted the critical topics of bullying and child safety, educating students through engaging storytelling. The students performed a powerful skit titled “Harmony in Chaos,” highlighting the importance of balance and mindfulness in overcoming life’s challenges. A vibrant dance performance on the theme of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” celebrated the concept of global unity and the world as one family. The event concluded with an infographic poster making competition on gratitude, managing stress, and mental wellness, where students showcased their creativity and understanding of these crucial themes.
