St Anne’s Convent School, Chandigarh, observes Labour Day

The school observed Labour Day, as the school management dedicated the day to honour the hardworking and dedicated support staff of the school. School Manager Rev Father Ambrose, Principal Sr Siji Issac, Vice-Principal Sr Regina and Sr Leena congratulated them and honoured them with gifts on their special day. In a special gesture, the school organised games for the support staff and the winners were felicitated. Students of Class XI presented a heart-warming cultural programme, including a poem, song and mesmerising dance number to commemorate the invaluable efforts and hard work of the school support staff. In a touching gesture, nursery and kindergarten students expressed their gratitude for the help and support staff of the school and made them feel special by presenting handmade ‘Thank you’ cards, flowers and sweets. The event concluded with a group photograph creating lasting memories. The celebration successfully instilled in students a sense of gratitude and respect for all types of work.
