The CBSE Cluster XVII Table Tennis Tournament 2024 was inaugurated at inaugurated. The event commenced with a grand opening ceremony, where around 250 players from 28 schools across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mansa, Bathinda, Sangrur, and Patiala participated. The chief guest was Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Regional Officer of CBSE, Chandigarh. The event kicked off with a melodious welcome song, followed by a sports-themed song and a vibrant dance performance. The school’s NCC cadets and Scouts and Guides welcomed the chief guest. The highlight of the event included the flag hoisting and the symbolic release of balloons, representing the spirit of sportsmanship and unity. Both Principal and chief guest delivered inspiring speeches, emphasising the importance of sports and extracurricular activities in fostering discipline, teamwork, and holistic development among students.
