The school organised a workshop in association with Oxford University Press on “New Education Policy — A challenge for teachers”. Around 100 teachers participated in the workshop. Keynote speaker Vinita Sareen enlightened the teachers with the New Education Policy-2020. She emphasised on changing teaching methods to be adopted in schools with the change of time. She elaborated on the importance of critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, communication and character. She spoke about the new methods of making comprehensive lesson plans. The workshop was highly informative and interactive. The teachers were illuminated with the changes that would take place in the education system in the days to come and ways to adapt to them accordingly.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
