Students of AV Vidyamandir Sr Sec School, Kaithal, embarked on an enlightening visit to the SAEL factory in Kangthali, Kaithal district. The trip aimed to provide practical learning and industrial exposure, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications. During the visit, students gained insights into the generation of electricity through sustainable methods, observing first-hand how concepts learned in the classroom are applied in industry settings. The experience proved highly informative and inspiring, offering valuable perspectives on industrial operations. The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to Chairman Naveen Garg and Principal Chandra Das for their support. Special appreciation is also extended to Commerce teacher Abijeet for his guidance and Vipin, whose efforts made this enriching experience possible for the students.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
