The school celebrated Republic Day. The event began with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem, filling the air with pride and unity. Students showcased their talent by performing vibrant medleys and soulful patriotic songs that resonated with the spirit of the day. The cultural programme reflected the rich heritage and diversity of India, leaving the audience inspired and moved. The principal, in her address, commended the students for their stellar performances and highlighted the importance of upholding the values enshrined in the Constitution. She expressed her pride in the students and staff for their commitment to fostering patriotism and a sense of responsibility toward the nation. It was a day filled with pride and gratitude for the freedom and democracy we cherish.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
