Trisha Yadav, a student of Mukand Public School, has brought laurels to the institution with her outstanding achievement in the Haryana State Yoga Sports Championship (2025-26), organised under the aegis of the Haryana State Yoga Association. With her remarkable dedication, discipline and grace, Trisha showcased her talent in the Sub-Junior (8-10 years) girls’ category and was awarded the Merit Certificate for her commendable performance. Her achievement stands as a testimony to her hard work and perseverance. Principal Monika Sharma congratulated Trisha on her success and encouraged other students to participate actively in such competitions to bring glory to the school.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
