Vasant Valley Public School, Sangrur, announced that Mehakpreet Kaur and Meenakshi of Class VIII have won bronze medals in the under-14 category at the 69th State Taekwondo Championship held in Ludhiana. School's Chairman Sanjay Gupta and Principal Anitha Rajagopalan congratulated the students on their achievement, praising their dedication and hard work. The school wishes them continued success in their future endeavours.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
