A week-long NSS special camp was inaugurated at the school. The opening ceremony included address by the principal highlighting importance of the NSS in a student’s life. The opening ceremony also included cultural activities like singing and speech. The vice-principal also sensitised students about the importance of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and health and hygiene. After then, lunch and tea were served.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
