Ahead of the 5th Test match against India on March 7 at HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala, England player James Anderson enjoyed a ‘recovery’ dip in the crystal clear waters of the mountains streams with his teammates.

Anderson shared videos and pictures of his pretest retreat in the laps of the Dhauladhar mountain range on Instagram with a caption “Lovely spot for a recovery dip 🥶🥶🥶”. The England team made the most of their laid-back schedule before the competitive days ahead.
