Manveer (17) and Manveer Singh Navjot (14) scored unbeaten contributions to help Doon International School (Mohali) register a 10-wicket win over Swami Ramtirath School (Mohali) in the Envolve Cricket U-15 Championship, here today. Batting first, Swami Ramtirath School were restricted to 36 in 9.2 overs. Gurvinder Singh (11) and Rupinder Singh (6) were the two main contributors for the side. Manveer, Lakshay and Robin took two wickets each for the bowling side. In reply, Doon International School posted 37 without any loss in 3.1 overs.

In the second match, St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School (Sector 44) defeated Guru Nanak Public School (Sector 26) by 10 wickets. Batting first, the Sector 36 team posted 86/6 in 15 overs as Harsh (18) and Ranesh (14) contributed a major share in the total. Pranav Kaushal (3/17) was the main wicket taker for the bowling side, while Ranvijay Singh and Ishaan Gaba claimed one wicket each. In reply, the Sector 44 team scored 87 runs without any loss in 8.3 overs, Ranvijay Singh (39) and Aksh Rana (37) left unbeaten to ensure an easy win.
