Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are two important cogs in the batting wheel of Team India. Both are supremely talented and fans don’t tire of comparing the two legends.

This time, the comparison has come from a cricketer from across the border. Pakistan’s opening batter Imam-ul-Haq thinks the Mumbai batter Sharma is better than the Delhi boy Kohli.

According to NDTV.com, talking to Samaa News, Haq said, “I think Allah has given more talent to Rohit Sharma than to Virat Kohli. I have seen both bat from up close as I field at point. Rohit has that extra bit of timing while hitting the ball.

“Rohit is one player who can change the complexion of a game in minutes. When he is set, he hits the ball at will.

“I want to have match-winning performances like Sharma and will be happy if I can do that for Pakistan.”

Kohli has been going through a rough patch of late whereas captain Sharma hit a scintillating 76 not-out in India’s first ODI against England recently.
