Chandigarh, February 17

Punjab Police, Jalandhar, continued their winning streak in the ongoing 58th Principal Harbhajan Singh Memorial All India Football Tournament by defeating Youth Football Club, Mahilpur, 2-0 in Mahilpur today. Both the goals came in the second half. Rajvir Singh netted the first goal in the 53rd minute, while Harminder Singh posted the second in 85th minute.

In the second match, Punjab Football Club, Mohali, played a 1-1 draw against CISF Delhi. Pawanpartap Singh put CISF ahead in the 10th minute, while Aimable Nsabiman cancelled the goal for Punjab Football Club in the 42nd minute. The score remained unchanged in the next 45 minutes of the match. Government School, Phagwara, registered a 1-0 win over Football Academy, Paldi, in the school category. The only goal of the match was scored by Stephen in the 50th minute.
