KAEC (Saudi Arabia): Indian golfer Tvesa Malik carded a final round 68 to finish tied-9th, her second top-10 finish in less than four months, at the Aramco Saudi Ladies International here. The Indian finished at 10-under. Aditi Ashok (68) finished T-13 at 9-under, while Diksha Dagar had missed the cut. New Zealand’s Lydia Ko triumphed by five shots. In Playa Del Carmen (Mexico), Anirban Lahiri shot a 1-over 72 to finish T-40 at the World Wide Technology Championship. Viktor Hovland won the event.

Indian women’s football team to play against Brazil

The Indian women’s football team will take on Brazil for the first time ever during an international tournament this month as part of its preparations for next year’s AFC Asian Cup. Chile and Venezuela are the other teams they will play. agencies
