A video allegedly showing a lawyer kissing a woman during a virtual Delhi High Court proceeding has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread criticism and raising serious concerns about decorum and professional conduct during online court hearings.

The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday while the court was not in session. Participants were waiting for the judge to arrive when the video feed captured the lawyer—dressed in formal court attire—seated slightly off-camera.

A woman wearing a saree is seen standing near him. In the footage, the lawyer appears to take her hand and pull her closer. Despite her visible hesitation and attempt to resist, he proceeds to kiss her briefly before she steps away.

The identities of both the lawyer and the woman have not yet been confirmed. The Tribune, however, cannot independently verify the authenticity of the viral video.
