Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations to dazzle guests with 2,500 dishes, vegan options, midnight snacks

The pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are planned to dazzle guests with a culinary extravaganza like never before in Gujarat’s Jamnagar.

Anticipating the diverse dietary needs of their guests, the hospitality team has left no stone unturned in crafting a menu that caters to every palate.

They have been requested to share their dietary requirements, ensuring that their preferences are catered to.

A team of over 25 master chefs from Indore is set to fly down to Jamnagar. With a keen emphasis on Indori cuisine, the menu will offer a range of dishes from Parsi, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, and pan-Asian delicacies.

A total of 2,500 dishes will grace the tables. Each meal will offer a distinct experience, with breakfast boasting over 70 options, while lunch and dinner will present over 250 choices each. Additionally, a provision has been made for vegan dishes and midnight snacks.

The festivities are scheduled from March 1 to March 3 with five lavish events. A guest list of 1,000 invitees incudes luminaries such as Bill Gates and Melinda Gates, among others.

This grand affair follows the couple’s engagement in a Gol Dhana ceremony held in Mumbai on January 19, 2023.
