In her latest vlog posted on her YouTube channel, Archana recounted how a planned adventure at iFly Dubai turned sour due to a fraudulent booking.

Accompanied by her husband, actor-filmmaker Parmeet Sethi, and their sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan, Archana had booked tickets for an indoor skydiving session at the popular attraction. However, upon arrival, the family was informed that no booking existed under their name.

“We had booked three slots at iFly Dubai, but the staff told us there was no record of our reservation,” Archana said in the vlog, visibly upset. “We’ve been scammed. The website we used for booking wasn’t the official one. We already paid, and the tickets weren’t cheap. Dubai mein hamare paise doob gaye (We lost our money in Dubai). I never thought this could happen here, where laws are so strict.”

Parmeet Sethi expressed his disbelief, adding, “I’m shocked… Thousands of rupees are gone. What if this is a scam in itself?” he said, trying to make light of the situation while clearly dismayed.

Their son Aaryamann also shared his suspicions about the website during the booking. “Initially it said the ride was for 4 minutes, but when redirected to the payment page, it changed to 2 minutes. I had a doubt, but I didn’t think a scam could happen on what looked like a legit site.”
