A YouTuber in Bengaluru has sparked a debate after breaking traffic rules to clear the way for any ambulance that was stuck in traffic.

The video garnered around 19.8M views online.

In the video he can be seen asking the ambulance driver if there is an emergency. When the driver nods, he continues driving in the wrong lane.

He then parks his two-wheeler and urges the man in front to clear way for the ambulance who point out to the red signal.

He then took the matter into his own hand and halted the vehicles at the intersection to make way for the ambulance.

The video also captures other drivers cooperating with him.

Many praised the man’s actions while others discussed that disregarding traffic rules, even for a good cause, can be dangerous.
