For breakfast, he cleverly snagged five bananas for just a dollar and paired them with a whole wheat bagel and egg for three dollars. “That was my first meal of the day. I’m trying to keep it relatively healthy,” he noted.
To stick to his budget, Vyas used a prepaid subway card for transportation. His day included a $2.29 protein bar and a $6.17 coffee, which he enjoyed while editing his work. “I needed a good coffee and a place where I could sit and work comfortably,” he explained.
As the day progressed, he kept hunger at bay with a $0.48 sparkling water and finished off his leftover bananas before heading to a meeting. For dinner, he opted for a street cart meal of chicken and rice for under seven dollars, keeping the sauces minimal.
The video culminates with a text overlay revealing his grand total: “Total – $19.94 spent.”
