Days after the Tesla Inc chief Elon Musk sought to back out of the tumultuous $44 billion offer to buy Twitter, speculation started doing the rounds on the Internet for what could be the possible precise reason for him not pushing his vision through.

Even as Musk claimed that Twitter breached multiple provisions of the merger agreement and failed to turn over sufficient data on spam accounts, netizens were quick to relate it to the desi businessman in the house, none other than Jethalal Gada from ‘Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma’.

A meme page came up with the most hilarious answer to Musk’s backout. As ‘Qwitter’ Musk started trending on social media, an iconic scene from the sitcom was shared.

Superimposing Musk’s face over the face of Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi, the scene accurately captures how satisfied ‘Elonlal Musklal’ is in his business and doesn’t wish to expand it.

Discussing the reason for terminating the infamous Twitter deal, ‘Elonlal’ talks over phone to one Paresh bhai and says, “Bhagwan ne ek dukaan ek godown diya hai, usmei khush hu. Zyada branch khol ke kya karna hai Paresh bhai? Mai thehra akela aadmi, kaha kaha pohonchu? Aur aap chahe laakho croro kamao, pet to do roti khate hi bhar jata hai. To fir kya fayda itni bhaga daudi karke? Shanti se jeevan jeene ka! (God has given me a shop and a godown, I am happy with it. What will I do by opening more branches, Paresh bhai? I run the business alone, I can’t handle everything. And even if you earn lakhs or crores, you need very little to get by. Then what is the point of taking all this trouble? Live life peacefully!”

Who even needs SpaceX when you can have ‘shanti’, right?

The hilarious ‘multiverse of madness’ recreation has left netizens in splits.

With Twitter being spammed with crazy memes, read some rib-tickling ones here:
